We do not accept purchase orders for packers.

Please note the minimum order amount is £50 excluding delivery and VAT.

All Private and Public companies, and personal orders please complete the online order form and payment details.

You may pay with credit/debit card details using the internationally recognised and supported Worldpay secure payment system.

Bank transfer - Payment can also be made by bank transfer, please quote the invoice number with your payment. Minimum order amount for payment by bank transfer is £100.

Payment can also be made by Paypal.

Please note that we no longer accept cheque payments. Please use an alternative payment option.

Tax Charges

All goods on this site are subject to VAT at the current prevailing rate which will be applied at the checkout.

Privacy Policy

StraightLines.com do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Delivery

Orders received before 1pm are despatched the same day.

Orders received after this time and at weekends are despatched the next working day .

Frame packers are despatched via freight courier on a 48hr service.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the order.

Please note the standard delivery charge of £15 is for mainland UK only.

Returning goods

If you are unhappy with any items you may return them within 28 days of purchase. (distance selling regulations give you 7 days but we have extended this to 28 days).

All returned items are at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.

If goods are purchased by debit or credit card, refunds can only be credited to the same card.

When returning products we recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking.

We will refund the purchase price excluding delivery in full, except for Plastic Framepackers.

All returned Plastic FramePackers are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
