Orders received before 1pm are despatched the same day.

Orders received after this time and at weekends are despatched the next working day.

Frame packers are despatched via freight courier on a 48hr service.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the order.

Please note the standard delivery charge is £15. Delivery is available in mainland UK only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight or Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Returning goods

If you are unhappy with any items you may return them within 28 days of purchase. (distance selling regulations give you 7 days but we have extended this to 28 days).

All returned items are at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.

If goods are purchased by debit or credit card, refunds can only be credited to the same card.

When returning products we recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking.

We will refund the purchase price excluding delivery in full, except for Plastic Framepackers.

All returned Plastic FramePackers are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
